Holland, NY, where wooded hills harbor makeshift hunting blinds and remnants of forgotten structures, creativity here is its own fortress. Drawing from the rugged landscapes of my hometown, I revisited memories of the epic legends and battles I would dream up as a kid, only to find that tender nostalgia stained with an eerie understanding of how complicated the world was beyond the perimeter of my ramshackle kingdom. The protected freedom found within these secluded spaces is embodied through an emphasis on intuitive pattern cutting and enveloping materials. Each garment becomes a sanctuary, empowering the wearer to envision and manifest their dreams amidst adversity. Embraced in the armor of restrained creativity, she emerges, her attire a bastion of strength and resilience.

Euphrosyne

Euphrosyne is a goddess of good cheer, joy and mirth.[9] Her name is the female version of the word euphrosynos, "merriment".
Pindar wrote that these goddesses were created to fill the world with pleasant moments and good will.[10] The Charites attended the goddess of beauty Aphrodite.[11]

In art, Euphrosyne is usually depicted with her sisters dancing.[9]

The collection is inspired by a rediscovery of joy through the corruption of virtualfiles and digital erosion.

Tower of Hercules // 2022

The collection was created as a response to the Covid - 19 Pandemic. This Project brings together multiple shoots and collaborations that were part ofan initiative to grow community through digital spaces. Everything made has been upcycled and made through ethical sourcing practices.

The Tower of Hercules (Galician: Torre de Hércules, Spanish: Torre de Hércules) is the oldest known extant lighthouse. Built in the 1st century, the tower is located on a peninsula about 2.4 km (1.5 mi) from the center of A Coruña, Galicia, in northwestern Spain. Until the 20th century, it was known as the Farum Brigantium.[2] The Latin word farum is derived from the Greek Φάρος, Pharos, for the Lighthouse of Alexandria. The structure stands 55 metres (180 ft) tall and overlooks the North Atlantic coast of Spain.

Buffalo is the second-largest city in the U.S. state of New York (after New York City) and the seat of Erie County. It lies in Western New York, at the eastern end of Lake Erie, at the head of the Niagara River, on the United States border with Canada. With a population of 278,349 according to the 2020 census, Buffalo is the 78th-largest city in the United States.[8] Buffalo and the city of Niagara Falls together make up the two-county Buffalo–Niagara Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), which had an estimated population of 1.1 million in 2020, making it the 49th largest MSA in the United States.
